Athen's Pizza in Coastal Soutd Carolina

Great great food. Lasagna is one of the very best I have ever had. Pizza is superb. The owner and staff aren't the most outgoing, pretty quiet but they make damn sure the food is always good. Any body that would rate the place less than a 4 must be one of those miserable complaining types. Eating here for 4 years, never had any dish less than excellent.

Love the staff and the food! They are so kind and warm. They go out of their way to get to know you and they make you feel like family. My children and I love the food and in the past 10 years we have NEVER had a bad experience!!!

Take out order. Normally a good experience. Last week had a good experience with hamburger and jalapeno with white sauce and awesome crust. They forgot to include the order of cannoli. Ok being in the service industry I will let it slide one time. This week ordered the same pizza and could not eat it as it was basically a jalapeno pizza with sprinkles of hamburger and they would not give us the cannoli that was missing from last week. Said we should have come back and got them. Bad bad really bad customer service. And yes I took back my tip! Leslie Falls!

This was by far the best lasagna I have every had. I made are turn trip because they were out of it when we came earlier in the week. The chicken parmigiana was outstanding as well.

Can't go wrong at this hidden gem in the food Lion plaza. Been here each time I'm in the area looking for a good meal. Friendly staff and always great. Wednesday special is amazing.....

Even though it was close to closing time when we got there, They still took good care of us. Food was excellent. We will be back soon!!

Great food every time!! I always get the Greek chicken salad but this time I got an Italian sub and it was bomb, so good. Definitely recommend... reasonable prices & well size portions.

I love their super sub & Greek salad. I don’t love how expensive their food is. Also their prices will change without you knowing.

Pizza taste like they bought frozen pizza from the food lion next door. The prices are outrageous and the staff are very rude. Will never come back here

Real Sleeper, great food! They have been here 30 year's I know of. Family owned. It's small, but they do a great job of preparing there meals to go.

I've been going to Athen's Pizza for years and their food is absolutely delicious! Their lasagna is the best I've ever had. Their pizza's are also what I consider to be the best on the beach. I usually carry out but I have ate at the restaurant a couple of times and I found the service to be friendly and quick. I would recommend Athen's to anyone looking for some authentic Italian or Greek cuisine.

I know people who swear by this place, I'm not one of those people. The food when I went was hideously over priced, and just plain bad. The quality is low and the quantity is about the same. The people where nice enough I suppose. I wasn't really expecting to much kindness from them. As expected, I received about as much hospitality from the staff as I did enjoyment from the food. Maybe one day I'll come back and give it another try, but as of right now I doubt I'll be returning unless some changes are made. I don't recommend, at all.

Good food and pleasant staff.

Visited here on Christmas Day. We were looking for Chinese food since it was the only thing opened and we came upon this place. It was the best decision as soon as we walked in we were greeted with a smile and taken to a table. Their hot subs and pizza was really good! The tiramisu was amazing for dessert which it is so hard to find a somewhat good tiramisu anywhere! It was a bit pricey but so happy to have found it.

Honestly if I could give a zero I would. My husband and I an African American couple walked in the hostess reluctantly greeted us. She asked us if we were going to eat in or take out, and I replied we are new to the area so I just wanted to look at the menu. She been returned and said that they're oven is full and their fryer was down. They will never see me again.

Love , love , love Georgia’s Greek Salads , always cold & fresh just like I used to get in Chicago . My stud muffin loves the subs. Anyone who hasn’t tried them should .

Wow what a find. Sometimes traffic is a good thing. As we were sitting in traffic we at 707 and 544 I figured it’s better to eat than get aggravated. We stopped here and were more than pleased and satisfied. The meal started with a very fresh salad, then came the two entrees, Penne Rustica and Chicken Marsala . . . both delicious. As good as the meal was our waitress Liz was even better. The prices are better than reasonable especially for the quality of the meal.
